The Role
A high-performing secondary academy in Bexley is seeking to appoint an experienced Premises Manager on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the school site, ensuring high standards of maintenance, security, compliance, and operational efficiency. You will lead the premises team, manage contractors, oversee planned maintenance schedules, and ensure all health and safety requirements are met. The role requires a proactive, hands-on individual who can lead by example and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for staff and students.
Applicants must have a minimum of 18 months' experience working in a permanent school premises role.
