Pricing Governance Lead
£80,000-£90,000
London (1 day per month in office)
I am keen to speak to pricing, actuarial, underwriting, and modelling professionals who are considering a new opportunity as a Governance Lead. This role will take ownership of group-wide governance, methodology standards, controls, and documentation across pricing and underwriting functions, ensuring consistency, audit readiness, and robust decision-making across UK and European markets.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience within insurance pricing, actuarial, modelling, or risk functions, alongside a strong background in governance frameworks, model risk management, and methodology oversight. Experience operating across multiple entities or markets would be highly beneficial.
This is a highly visible group role, offering the opportunity to influence senior stakeholders, provide independent challenge, and build a scalable governance capability that reduces reliance on double-hatted leadership roles.
