We're partnering with a specialist insurer looking to appoint a Pricing Lead to join its growing Bulk Purchase Annuity team.
This is a commercially focused role sitting at the heart of transaction delivery, offering the opportunity to take ownership of deals from initial assessment through to execution.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the pricing of BPA transactions from opportunity assessment through to completion
- Oversee DB pension data analysis, cashflow modelling and pricing outputs
- Present pricing recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders
- Support buy-in and buy-out transactions, including post-deal true-up calculations
- Drive enhancements to pricing models and methodologies
- Mentor junior actuarial team members and support their development
About You
- Qualified or nearly qualified actuary
- Strong DB pensions experience, gained within consulting, insurance or reinsurance
- Experience in pension risk transfer, BPA pricing or de-risking transactions
- Strong modelling and analytical capabilities
- Commercial mindset with the confidence to make recommendations and influence decisions
