London Market Pricing Manager
Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 plus bonus and benefits
An established insurer is seeking a Pricing Manager to join its pricing team, focusing on Delegated Underwriting Authority business and wider specialty lines. You will partner closely with underwriters, lead pricing and performance analysis, and support the development of pricing tools, data capability and advanced analytics.
Key responsibilities: • Lead pricing and performance analysis for Delegated Authority and specialty business. • Provide commercial pricing insight and challenge to underwriting teams. • Deliver pricing projects and contribute to tooling, data and analytics improvements. • Manage and develop Pricing Analyst(s).
Ideal skillset: • Strong General Insurance pricing experience, ideally within the London Market or Lloyd's. • Experience with complex specialty risks, Delegated Authority or large case pricing. • Confident stakeholder manager with strong technical pricing skills. • Newly qualified actuary or equivalent pricing experience. • Python, machine learning or AI experience would be advantageous.
