The Role

As a Primary Class Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons that inspire a love of learning.
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom where every pupil feels safe, valued, and challenged.
  • Plan lessons in line with the National Curriculum, adapting learning to meet individual needs.
  • Assess, monitor, and celebrate pupil progress, ensuring every child reaches their potential.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants and colleagues to provide outstanding learning experiences.
  • Build strong partnerships with parents and carers to support children's development.
  • Contribute positively to the wider school community and uphold the school's high standards.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from teachers who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have recent experience teaching within a UK primary school (EYFS, KS1 or KS2).
  • Are enthusiastic ECTs looking for an excellent start to their teaching career.
  • Have excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Are passionate about creating engaging learning experiences.
  • Have high expectations for both themselves and their pupils.
  • Are committed to helping every child succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
