Reed Education are supporting a well-established, community-focused primary school in Hackney to recruit a Class Teacher for September 2026.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS1 or KS2
- Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Adapt teaching to meet a range of learning needs
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to school life
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
Primary teachers are responsible for delivering a broad curriculum while supporting pupils’ academic and social development.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds QTS (or is working towards it)
- Is passionate about teaching and learning
- Has strong classroom management skills
- Is reflective and committed to continuous professional development
- Works well as part of a team
Safeguarding & Requirements
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
