Key Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver highly engaging, differentiated lessons across the Primary National Curriculum.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-trust classroom environment that encourages pupil participation.

Assess, track, and record pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to accelerate learning.

Collaborate seamlessly with teaching assistants to support pupils with SEND and EAL requirements.

Maintain open, proactive communication with parents, carers, and the wider school community.

Actively participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
Requirements for the Role
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK recognised teaching qualification.

Proven experience teaching within a UK primary school setting (ECTs are highly encouraged to apply).

Up-to-date knowledge of primary pedagogical practices and safeguarding procedures.

A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).

Exceptional communication, organisational, and behaviour management skills.
