Location: Park School, Chipping Norton, OX7 5QH
Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 per week | Monday to Friday | 8.30am – 4.30pm
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
Start: September 2026

As part of our supportive, multidisciplinary team, you’ll have the freedom and flexibility to tailor your teaching to each child’s individual needs, helping them develop confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach small, focused classes, adapting lessons to meet each pupil’s unique learning style and needs.
- Create engaging, inclusive learning experiences that encourage curiosity and confidence.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and pastoral colleagues.
- Nurture pupils’ academic, social, emotional, and personal development holistically.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment where every child feels valued.
- Support pupils in developing essential life skills and independence.
- Encourage pupil participation and ownership of their learning journey.
- Maintain excellent safeguarding standards and prioritise pupil wellbeing.
- Track and assess progress effectively, adapting strategies as needed.
- Celebrate every success — big or small — and embrace each challenge with positivity.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- A creative, flexible, and resilient approach to teaching
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional or complex needs
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to raising outcomes and celebrating progress at every stage
