We are working with a range of vibrant, inclusive primary schools across Lewishamwho are seeking enthusiastic and committed Primary Teachers to join their teams. These opportunities are suitable for teachers looking for either full-time or part-time work, with flexibility across key stages.
The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will take responsibility for delivering high-quality teaching and learning across the primary age range, ensuring pupils are supported, challenged, and inspired to achieve their full potential.
You will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Adapt teaching to meet the diverse needs of pupils, including those with additional learning needs
- Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute positively to the wider school community and uphold school values
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)or significant teaching experience within UK primary schools
- Experience teaching in KS1 and/or KS2
- A strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum
- Passion for teaching and supporting children’s development
