Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (dependent on experience)
Protocol Education is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Primary Teacher with Additional Responsibilities to join a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Oxted.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality education and is ready to take on additional responsibilities within the school, such as subject leadership, phase leadership, curriculum development, or mentoring colleagues.
The Role
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons that inspire pupils to achieve their full potential.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Take responsibility for an agreed area of leadership within the school.
- Support colleagues in developing teaching and learning practices.
- Monitor pupil progress and implement strategies to raise attainment.
- Work closely with parents, staff, and external agencies to support student success.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has recent experience teaching within a UK primary school.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Has experience in, or aspirations towards, leadership responsibilities.
- Is committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
- Works effectively as part of a team and contributes positively to school life.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
