ECT Supply Teachers Wanted – Crawley & Surrounding Areas (September Start)
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting enthusiastic and committed Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for supply teaching opportunities across Crawley and the surrounding areas, starting from September.
We are working with a wide range of primary schools who are seeking ECTs to support with day-to-day cover, short-term placements, and longer-term opportunities. This is an excellent chance to build classroom experience across different school settings and year groups while developing confidence and practice as you begin your teaching career.
Supply work is also a great way to build knowledge of local schools, develop your understanding of different settings, and transition into long-term or permanent positions in the right school for you.
We are keen to hear from ECTs who are already registered with other agencies or those looking to join Teaching Personnel to expand their opportunities.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach
- An interest in working across a range of primary year groups

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
