Mana Education is urgently recruiting Primary Teachers to work full-time on supply across a number of primary schools in Bourne and the surrounding areas.
Due to increased demand from local schools, we are particularly keen to hear from teachers who are available for full-time supply work, either in short-term cover roles or longer-term placements.
Supply teaching offers the opportunity for consistent full-time work, and many teachers go on to secure long-term placements or permanent roles within the schools they support.

EYFS / Reception Key Stage 1 (Year 1 & Year 2) Key Stage 2 (Year 3 – Year 6) PPA Cover Intervention Teaching Long-Term Class Teacher roles
Many of our partner schools are looking for reliable full-time supply teachers, often leading to extended placements within the same school.
Who We Are Looking For
We are keen to hear from teachers who:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or have relevant UK classroom experience Are available for full-time supply teaching Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills Are flexible and able to adapt to different school environments Are passionate about supporting pupils and helping them succeed
