About the Role
The successful candidate will:
- Take responsibility for a class, delivering engaging and inclusive lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
- Plan, assess and enhance pupil progress to ensure all children achieve their full potential.
- Lead subjects to support the delivery of the curriculum (not if ECT)
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities, events, and school initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leadership to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and high expectations for all pupils.
- Has strong organisational and communication skills.
- Is dedicated, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional development.
