Reed Education is proud to be working with a friendly and supportive primary school in Luton seeking an enthusiastic Year 5 Class Teacher to join their team from September 2026 until April 2027.

The Role
As the Year 5 Class Teacher, you will:
- Deliver high-quality and engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils and support academic progress.
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil attainment and development.
- Establish high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (desirable).
- Has previous experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
- Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Is committed to delivering engaging and inspiring lessons.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Can quickly build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
