The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with the Step Academy Trust. We are currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join Beddington Park Primary School on a full-time basis for the academic year, starting in September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed teacher to become part of a welcoming, supportive school community that is dedicated to delivering high-quality education and ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons for a Year 2 class in line with the National Curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
- Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress, providing appropriate challenge and intervention where needed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support pupil achievement.
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school and uphold its values and ethos.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
- Previous experience teaching within a UK primary school.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach to teaching.
- Commitment to raising standards and achieving the best outcomes for all pupils.
