The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Primary Teacher to join a supportive school within the trust on a long-term basis starting in May.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are looking to build experience in a well-led, inclusive primary school environment.
The Role Includes:
- Teaching a Year 3 class and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
- Planning in line with the National Curriculum
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Adapting learning to meet the needs of all pupils
- Monitoring, assessing, and tracking pupil progress
- Working collaboratively with staff and contributing to wider school life
Who We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Passion for primary education and child development
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to adapt and be flexible within the school setting
- Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
- ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
