A number of vacancies have come available for a Primary Teaching Assistant within a supportive primary setting serving pupils from EYFS through to KS2.
The school is seeking professionals who enjoy supporting children's learning and development across a variety of classroom environments. Opportunities are available in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire for whole-class support, intervention groups and dedicated 1:1 assistance.
Responsibilities:
Depending on placement, duties may include:
- Supporting teachers during lesson delivery
- Delivering targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy
- Working with individual pupils who require additional support
- Assisting with classroom preparation and resource organisation
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
Candidate Profile:
Applicants should demonstrate:
- Experience working with children within educational settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A patient and adaptable approach
- Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
- Commitment to supporting pupil progress
