Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Full Time (Term Time Only)
Start: September | Monday – Friday
We are currently working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Wigan area who are looking to appoint a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their nursery provision from September.

Role Responsibilities:
- Support children aged 2–4 through a mix of structured and play-based learning
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS
- Support early development in communication, literacy, numeracy and physical skills
- Maintain a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment
- Complete observations, assessments and progress records
- Support daily routines including settling, toileting, transitions and snack times
- Act as a key worker, monitoring and reporting on children’s progress
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, staff and families
- Provide intimate care where required (including nappy changing)
- Work closely with colleagues and external professionals to support children with SEND
- Uphold safeguarding policies and prioritise the welfare of all children
Requirements:
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Experience working within an Early Years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- A nurturing, proactive and team-focused approach
