Principal C# Full Stack Engineer
FULL ONSITE: London, £130,000 to £160,000
This role provides the opportunity to operate at a strategic level while remaining hands-on. You will shape architecture, guide engineering standards, and work on highly complex, performance-critical systems.

The Role
* Define and drive architectural decisions across C# and .NET platforms
* Lead the delivery of complex, high-performance systems
* Set engineering standards and best practices across teams
* Collaborate with leadership on technical strategy and roadmap
* Mentor senior engineers and support overall team development
Your Skills & Experience
* Deep expertise in C# and .NET with a strong engineering track record
* Experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems
* Strong understanding of performance engineering and optimisation
* Ability to influence technical strategy and guide teams
* Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
