We’re looking for an experienced Print Sales Executive with a proven track record in Litho, Digital or Direct Mail sales to join a well-established, high-performing print business. This is a role for someone who knows the industry, understands the full print production cycle, and can confidently bring in and manage profitable business. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing long-term client relationships, and expanding your own portfolio while working with a production team known for delivering high-quality print across multiple channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role is hands-on, commercially focused and ideal for someone who thrives on building business. Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing and growing your own portfolio of £300k–£1m+ annual turnover
- Identifying, approaching and converting new business opportunities
- Meeting clients face-to-face and remotely to understand their print requirements
- Selling a full range of Litho, Digital and Direct Mail solutions
- Preparing quotes, proposals and tailored print solutions
- Working closely with internal production teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
- Spotting opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across print channels
- Representing the business at networking events, client meetings and industry functions
- Managing your pipeline, forecasting accurately and hitting monthly revenue targets

- Proven experience in Litho, Digital or Direct Mail print sales
- A personal annual turnover typically between £300k and £1m+
- Strong ability to win, retain and grow business
- A consultative, credible approach to client relationships

- Someone who thrives in a commercial, target-driven environment
Onboarding & Training
All onboarding and initial training will take place at our Basildon, Essex site. After this, the role offers full flexibility on location.
