We are working on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded legal firm based in North Wales, known for delivering a professional yet personable service to their clients. With a strong reputation across the region, they pride themselves on building long-term relationships and providing clear, practical advice.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join their friendly and supportive team.
The Role
As a Private Client Fee Earner, you will manage your own caseload while providing high-quality advice across a broad range of private client matters. You will play a key role in maintaining excellent client relationships and contributing to the ongoing success of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including:
- Wills
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Trusts and estate planning
- Providing clear, practical, and empathetic legal advice
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
- Supporting the wider team and contributing to business development where appropriate
About You
We are looking for a motivated and client-focused individual who can work independently while also being a team player.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience handling private client matters
- Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Desirable
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or experienced Fee Earner
- STEP membership or working towards this (advantageous but not essential)
- Experience working within a regional or high-street legal setting
