Private Client Paralegal – Wolverhampton
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join a well-regarded and expanding Private Client team based in Wolverhampton. This role is perfectly suited to a driven and organised legal professional who is keen to further develop their career within a supportive and progressive law firm that truly values its people.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting a busy and high-quality private client team, contributing to the delivery of an outstanding client experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting wills, lasting powers of attorney and trust deeds under Solicitor supervision
- Liaising confidently and professionally with clients
- Organising and maintaining both digital and physical files
- Providing essential administrative support to Fee-Earners
- Attending client meetings and assisting with follow-up actions
About You
This position is ideal for an experienced Paralegal who enjoys working in a client-focused environment and thrives on supporting a collaborative team. You will demonstrate:
- At least two years’ experience as a Private Client Paralegal
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- A professional, approachable manner with strong communication skills
- A proactive and motivated attitude, with a commitment to high standards of service
