This role would suit either:
- A Private Client Legal Secretary ready for more responsibility.
- An existing Private Client Paralegal looking to progress.
As the Private Client Paralegal, you will:
- Support an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a varied caseload.
- Attend client meetings and prepare follow-up documentation.
- Draft legal correspondence and client letters.
- Assist with probate administration.
- Prepare legal documents and client files.
- Manage electronic records accurately.
- Liaise with clients in a professional, patient and compassionate manner.
- Work closely with colleagues to provide an outstanding client experience.
What we are looking for
The successful Private Client Paralegal will ideally have:
- Previous experience within Private Client law – either as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal.
- An understanding of probate administration.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A caring and empathetic approach when dealing with clients.
- A willingness to learn and develop.
- The ability to adapt to established ways of working.
