Your Role:
- Draft and manage wills and trusts
- Oversee lasting powers of attorney (LPAs)
- Handle probate matters and administer complex estates
- Advise clients on estate tax and succession planning
- Manage court of protection applications
- Work with high-net-worth individuals on bespoke legal solutions
What You will need:
- To be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE
- Experience handling a broad range of private client matters
- Strong understanding of wills, trusts, probate and estate planning
- Candidates interested in becoming more of a tax specialist would be welcome to enquire, although this is not essential
