Private Client Solicitor, 5+ years’ PQE, Chester, up to c£60,000 (DOE) – Joining a collaborative and ambitious team, you'll be trusted to work independently while benefiting from the support of experienced colleagues. You'll have the opportunity to develop lasting client relationships, expand your technical expertise, and play an active role in the continued growth and success of the department. JOB REF:4353.
THE ROLE: • You will be responsible for a diverse private client caseload, advising individuals and families across a broad range of matters including Wills, estate and succession planning, Probate, estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection work. • Deliver a high standard of client service, developing trusted relationships and providing practical, tailored legal advice. • Work closely with the Head of Department and wider leadership team to help drive the team's strategic development. • Mentor and share knowledge with less experienced colleagues where appropriate. • Support clients with empathy and professionalism through often complex and sensitive personal matters. • Contribute to business development by nurturing professional contacts, identifying new opportunities, attending networking events and helping to grow the firm's private client offering.
SKILLS REQUIRED: • Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE. • Strong technical knowledge covering Wills, Probate, estate administration and succession planning. • A confident communicator with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client care. • Well organised, commercially aware and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail. • Enthusiastic about developing new business and contributing to the ongoing success of the team.
