OVERVIEW: The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload covering all aspects of private client work, including drafting simple and complex Wills, Probate and Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Estate Planning, Tax Planning, and Succession Planning. You will also advise high-net-worth individuals on complex matters such as repatriation issues and cross-border estate planning while working closely with experienced Partners on high-quality cases, benefiting from ongoing support, mentoring, and excellent opportunities for professional development. Applications are welcomed from Private Client Solicitors with 1–2 years' PQE who have experience managing a broad private client caseload. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and client care skills, along with the empathy and sensitivity required when advising elderly and vulnerable clients and handling sensitive matters. You will be organised, personable, and able to work effectively within a team environment. STEP qualification, or progress towards achieving it, would be advantageous but is not essential.
