A well-established South Yorkshire law firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor to join its Doncaster office. This opportunity offers flexibility around level and experience, making it ideal for someone early in their private client career or an experienced Solicitor looking for a role that can be shaped around their long term ambitions.
You’ll join a supportive team handling a broad range of quality private client work, with the autonomy to manage your own caseload and the opportunity to continue developing your expertise.
The role will involve:
- Drafting and advising on a range of wills and estate planning matters
- Probate and estate administration work
- Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Handling Court of Protection matters
- Trust creation and administration
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through sensitive and often complex matters
Who this role would suit:
- A Private Client Solicitor with experience across wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs, Court of Protection and trusts
- Ideally 2 to 5 years’ PQE, although more senior candidates are encouraged to apply
- Someone confident managing a caseload independently or looking to step up into greater responsibility
- A personable Solicitor with strong client care and attention to detail
