Join a well-established, reputable law firm in Knaphill, Woking, known for delivering exceptional legal services with a personal touch. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Private Client Solicitor to handle a varied caseload and provide expert advice while building long-term relationships with clients.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage a diverse caseload including Wills and estate planning, Probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and tax planning.
- Provide clear, practical legal advice tailored to client needs.
- Maintain excellent client care and uphold the firm’s reputation for quality service.
- Contribute to business development and networking initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Private Client law.
- Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Trusts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage workload efficiently and work independently.
- STEP qualification (or working towards) is highly desirable.
