Description
- Provide expert advice on private client tax matters, including tax planning and compliance.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of private client tax clients.
- Prepare and review personal tax returns and other compliance tasks.
- Assisting with the preparation of IHT and trust tax planning advisory reports for HNWIs, agricultural clients and business owners.
- Support the team with complex tax queries and technical issues.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and ensure compliance with current regulations.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative working environment.
Profile
A successful Private Client Tax Manager should have:
- Professional qualifications in tax or accountancy, such as CTA or STEP (QBE candidates will be considered).
- IHT and trust advisory experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver tailored tax solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
