Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied portfolio of private clients including high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates, delivering high-quality personal tax compliance and advisory services
• Providing technically strong advice on matters including income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and trust taxation
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser and key point of contact
• Supporting, mentoring, and reviewing the work of junior team members, contributing to their development
• Collaborating with partners and senior stakeholders on business development initiatives and workflow planning

Requirements

• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with a strong private client tax background
• Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and deliver advisory work to a high standard
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to liaise at all levels
• Experience of reviewing work and supporting junior staff within a practice setting
