Job Title: Private Client Tax Senior Manager
Location: City of London – hybrid working model
Salary: £82,000 – £90,000 + benefits!
The Role:
Are you an enthusiastic Private Client individual that would be keen to throw yourself into a leading tax, accountancy and business advisory firm where personal integrity meets technical excellence? My client combine partner-led service with the resources of a major practice in order to excel their employees into success.
What You'll Lead:
- Drive strategic tax planning for ultra-high-net-worth private clients
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals
- Own P&L responsibility for your client portfolio
- Spearhead business development and new client acquisition
- Shape technical strategy and best practices across the department
- Build and maintain C-suite relationships with key clients
What They Are Looking For:
- CTA/ACA qualification with 8+ years senior practice experience
- Proven track record in team leadership and people development
- Strong business development skills with existing client relationships
- Experience managing complex, high-value private client matters
- Strategic mindset with commercial acumen
