An Exceptional OpportunityWe are recruiting on behalf of a high-profile international client for an experienced, highly organised Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support across both professional and personal matters.
This is a varied and rewarding role supporting a busy Principal with an international profile. The successful candidate will become a trusted right hand, ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly while managing a broad range of administrative, organisational and family-related responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
This position is primarily remote, offering flexibility while requiring availability during agreed core hours and occasional travel when needed.
The RoleAs Personal Assistant, you will take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities, acting as the central point of coordination for the Principal's professional and personal affairs.
Key responsibilities include:
Executive & Administrative Support
- Managing a busy inbox, drafting correspondence and responding on the Principal's behalf.
- Acting as the first point of contact via telephone and email, liaising confidently with a wide range of contacts.
- Proactively monitoring outstanding actions and following up on time-sensitive matters.
- Managing a complex diary across multiple time zones.
- Preparing documents, completing forms and handling administrative tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
- Maintaining organised digital records and filing systems.
Travel Management
- Researching and booking international travel, accommodation, visas and ground transportation.
- Producing detailed travel itineraries and briefing packs.
- Accompanying the Principal on selected business trips where required.
Personal & Family Support
- Coordinating family schedules, appointments and school-related matters.
- Liaising with household staff, contractors and service providers.
- Assisting with personal shopping, gift sourcing and a variety of ad hoc requests.
- Providing proactive support to ensure day-to-day life runs smoothly.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience supporting senior executives, entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals or principals as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional and confident manner.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- High levels of discretion, integrity and confidentiality.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Flexible approach to working hours, with availability outside standard office hours when required.
Desirable
- Fluent French and English language skills.
- Experience coordinating international travel and logistics.
- Previous experience supporting both business and personal affairs.
