Job Title: Procurement Consultant
Day Rate: £500/day
My client, an international NGO, is seeking an experienced Procurement Consultant to lead the development of a procurement manual, in line with UK regulations, which can be used internationally and for field operations. The manual will need to give advice on how to source and select a vendor and will include templates.
Your new role
- Develop a compliant, practical procurement manual for organisational use
- Review and align existing processes to UK regulatory requirements
- Engage stakeholders to ensure adoption and usability
- Provide guidance on governance, controls, and best practice
What you'll need to succeed
a
- Proven experience drafting procurement policies, procedures, and manuals
- Strong knowledge of UK Public Procurement
- A background within the NGO / charity sector is essential.
- Experience supporting international or field-based operations desirable
