Alexander Lloyd are partnering with a fast-paced, growing business to recruit a Procurement Lead. This is a hands-on role responsible for end-to-end purchasing, supplier management, and order fulfilment across a dynamic operational environment.
Experience in an MSP/IT distributor (or similar) organisation is highly desirable.
The Role
You will take ownership of procurement activity, ensuring products and services are sourced, purchased, and delivered effectively. You'll play a key role in maintaining supply continuity, improving processes, and supporting commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing across hardware, software, and services
- Source from approved suppliers and negotiate best value
- Raise and manage purchase orders through to delivery
- Track orders and provide clear updates to stakeholders
- Manage supplier relationships and escalations
- Maintain accurate procurement records and systems
- Support process improvements, reporting, and governance
About You
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supplier management
- Strong understanding of order fulfilment and supplier processes
- Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident working cross-functionally with stakeholders
- Experience working with procurement systems and data
