Product Manager – Hybrid- £50,000-£60,000 DOEThe Role
An exciting and fast-growing technology company is looking for a driven Product Manager to join their expanding technical team.
Working closely with Software Developers, Designers, and key stakeholders, you'll bridge the gap between technical teams and commercial objectives to deliver high-quality digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Build intuitive product experiences, dashboards, and workflow management tools
- Translate customer and stakeholder feedback into product improvements
- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile delivery
- Use AI and rapid prototyping to accelerate product development
- Track product KPIs and measure the success of releases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives
- Continuously improve the user experience through data-driven decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role
- Experience with B2B SaaS, software platforms, or digital products
- Strong Agile delivery and stakeholder management skills
- High technical literacy and confidence working with Software Engineers
- Proven experience delivering products from concept to launch
- Commercial awareness and a user-focused mindset
Desirable Skills
- Experience within SaaS or technology businesses
- Data-driven product management experience
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Scale-up or fast-growth environment experience
- UX/UI awareness
