As part of its growing Product function, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the adoption, evolution and success of cutting-edge AI platforms used across the business.

The Opportunity
- Salary of £60,000 – £70,000
- Chancery Lane, London
- Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
- Newly created position with genuine career progression
- Work closely with an experienced Head of Product and Product Managers

What You'll Be Doing
- Support the development and execution of the AI product roadmap
- Manage and prioritise product backlogs and feature requests
- Evaluate new product releases and emerging AI capabilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities
- Drive user adoption through training, documentation and engagement initiatives
- Coordinate product releases, testing and implementation activities
- Act as a key point of contact for users, providing guidance and resolving product-related queries
- Support governance, compliance and product documentation
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Product Specialist, Product Owner or Product-focused role
- A genuine product mindset with experience supporting the product life cycle
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with third-party products and driving business adoption
- Comfortable translating technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Experience working in Agile environments with exposure to roadmaps and backlog management
- Exposure to AI products, Generative AI, Large Language Models or emerging technologies would be highly advantageous.
Experience within legal or professional services would be beneficial but is not essential.
