Role: Production Assistant
Location: Witney
Pay: £17.19 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 Days On, 4 Days Off (7pm-7am)
Your Role & Responsibilities
In this role, precision is everything. You will be the engine behind our manufacturing process, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of safety and excellence.
- Machine Operation: Set up, monitor, and operate specialised production machinery strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Quality Assurance: Maintain total compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements to ensure patient safety.
- Meticulous Documentation: Keep crystal-clear records, including manual batch entries and digital data reporting.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and keep the production line running at peak efficiency.

- Strong Fundamentals: Solid numeracy and literacy skills for managing machine settings and data entry.
- Clear Communication: The ability to relay information effectively and maintain legible, accurate handwritten reports.
- Organisational Skills: A methodical approach to tasks and a "team-first" attitude.
- Vetting Requirements: You must be able to provide a 5-year verifiable history (employment, education, or other activities).
