The Role

Lead and develop a multi-shift production team.

Drive safety, quality, delivery and productivity across the manufacturing operation.

Plan resources to maximise efficiency and meet customer demand.

Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and Warehousing.

Monitor KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
-
Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or engineering environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop people.

Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Organised, proactive and focused on delivering results.
-
Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience would be advantageous.
