Brewing Operations Manager

Southwest London (Commutable from Kingston, Epsom, Guildford, Woking, Leatherhead, Weybridge)

£50,000 to £60,000 + Training + Progression + Company Discounts + Benefits

Are you an experienced production or operations manager looking to join an award winning independent brewery where you'll play a key role in shaping production within a growing business?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established craft brewery that has recently invested in a major expansion, increasing production capacity to over 4 million pints annually. You'll lead day to day production operations while driving quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.

The company has built an excellent reputation for producing modern, award winning beers and continues to invest heavily in both its facilities and its people.

In this role you will oversee brewing and packaging schedules, lead the production team, manage quality and food safety standards, coordinate raw materials and inventory, and work closely with senior management to optimise brewery performance.

The ideal candidate will have commercial brewery or alcohol production experience, along with previous production or operations management experience.
