Hours:
- Rotating Weekly Shifts | Monday to Thursday | 6am to 4pm | 4pm to 2am
Job Duties:
- Operating machines and production lines
- Operating overhead cranes
- Operating mobile plant
- General labouring and housekeeping duties
- Ensuring that work areas are maintained in a clean and tidy state
- Ensuring compliance with the Company’s policies including Health and Safety
- Observing and complying with all good working practices within the factory
- Carrying out any other reasonable request made by management
Essential Criteria:
- Be a good team player with the ability to use own initiative
- Be hard working and conscientious
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good time management skills
- Demonstrate knowledge of working to and achieving targets and quality standards
- Flexible approach to working hours
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience of operating counterbalance trucks and overhead gantry cranes
- First Aid Certificate
