Position: Production Operative – Powder Manufacturing Department Working Hours: 14:00 -22:00 Breaks: 30-minute unpaid break

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour. With overtime paid at premium rates.

Overview: We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Production Operatives to join our team in the Powder Manufacturing Department.

This role involves working across all stations, including preparing ingredients, transporting them to the production line, and operating the line to ensure efficient and accurate packing of powders into 25kg bags.

Key Responsibilities:

Ingredient Preparation: Accurately measure and prepare ingredients for production. Transporting Materials: Move prepared ingredients to the production line.

Line Operation: Operate the production line, ensuring smooth and efficient packing of powders into 25kg bags.

Quality Control: Monitor the quality of products throughout the production process, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements:

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality. Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role, including lifting and moving 25kg bags.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not essential. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Flexibility to work overtime when required.

These are long term positions with the opportunity of permanent employment after a successful qualifying period.
