Exeter | £16.28 per hour | £31,746 per year + overtime | Rotating shifts (6 am-2 pm / 2 pm-10 pm / 10 pm-6 am) | Monday to Friday | Temporary to Permanent
Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives for Howmet Aerospace in Exeter. This role offers the opportunity to join a global aerospace manufacturer working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Duties:
- Operate high-pressure washing equipment within the production process.
- Handle and process aerospace components.
- Maintain strict quality and safety standards at all times.
- Work as part of a busy production team.
- Carry out physically active tasks in an industrial environment.
Requirements:
- Enjoy hands-on, practical work.
- Good physical stamina for a demanding role.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Good attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Flexible to work rotating shifts.
- Manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential.
