Production Operative – Runcorn, Cheshire
People Solutions are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to work for our client based in Runcorn, Cheshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing work, great benefits, and genuine opportunities to grow and progress.
This role would suit applicants who have previously worked as an Assembly Operative, Warehouse Operative or General Operative.
Shifts:
• Monday to Friday 06:45 – 14:45 • Monday to Friday 14:45 – 22:45 • Monday to Friday 22:45 – 06:45 • Rotating across all three shifts
Rates of Pay:
• £12.71 to £13.21 per hour • £13.58 per hour after twelve weeks

Day-to-Day Duties:
As a Production Operative, your duties will include:
• Loading raw materials into machines • Quality checking and assessing moulded products • Packing stock into boxes • Labelling boxes and ensuring correct colour coding • Shrink-wrapping products and stacking them
Essential Skills:
To be successful as a Production Operative, you will need:
• Availability to work the rotating shift pattern • A good eye for detail and a responsible attitude • Willingness to learn • A communicative level of English • The ability to work rotating shifts consistently
Desirable Experience:
• Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment
Training:
• Full training provided • Ongoing support throughout your assignment
