Production Operative – Temp to Perm
Location: Milton Keynes
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts)
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our client in Milton Keynes. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term career prospects for the right candidates.
Shift Pattern
- Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Week 2: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
- Monday to Friday
The Role
You will be working across a variety of production departments, including:
- Assembly
- Welding
- Rolling
- Sorting
- Cleaning
- General production duties as required

- You must live in Milton Keynes or be able to reliably commute.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential.
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to work across different departments.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.
