Your new role
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role within the manufacturing process, supporting the production and assembly of high-quality equipment. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help ensure production targets, quality standards and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.Duties will include:
- Assembly and fitting of components using hand and power tools
- Operating production machinery and equipment safely
- Quality checking finished products to required standards
- Reading and following work instructions and engineering drawings
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the production line
- Adhering to all health, safety and environmental procedures
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or assembly environment is desirable
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work shifts where required
