Reed Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established manufacturing client in Larne to recruit Production Operatives for an immediate start.

- Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing
- Start Date: 27th July
- Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
- Shift Pattern Weeks 1 & 2: 08:00am – 4:30pm (Day Shift) Weeks 3 & 4: 4:30pm – 1:00am (Evening Shift)
- Day Shift: £12.81 – £13.10 per hour (Weekly Pay)
- Evening Shift: Enhanced Shift Allowance
- Overtime: Available at Premium Rates
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and follow manufacturing procedures to produce finished goods.
- Complete batch documentation accurately and in line with GMP standards.
- Ensure logbooks and batch reconciliation records are completed correctly and on time.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and report any deviations to management.
- Maintain high standards of product quality and compliance.
- Wear and maintain PPE and protective equipment as required.
- Report accidents, hazards, or unsafe working conditions promptly.
- Work under supervision and escalate major issues to the Team Leader.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by management.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 6 months' experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.
- Commitment to health & safety procedures and GMP compliance.
- Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn.
