Are you a Production Operative or similar looking to join a thriving and successful multinational company offering direct progression into Engineering, full training on processing machinery, a 4-day working week, and a generous shift allowance?

In this role, you will operate and support the company's processing plant. Duties include machine setup, basic maintenance (with full training provided), and quality inspection of finished products. You'll be joining a friendly, close-knit team in a fast-paced environment where no two nights are the same.
This position would suit a Production Operative who is happy working night shifts and is looking for a varied role with excellent training, long-term career progression into engineering, and a 4-day working pattern.
The Role
- Setup and operation of processing machinery
- Working as part of a sociable and supportive team
- Inspection and quality checking of finished goods
- Monday to Wednesday: 6:00pm – 5:30am
- Thursday: 6:00pm – 1:30am
The Person
- Comfortable working hands on in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Willing to work permanent night shifts
- Able to commute to Enniskillen
