We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing company.
This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced production environment, ideal for someone with previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or powder coating experience.
Duties will include:
- Operating production machinery and equipment
- Manufacturing custom products to specification
- Powder coating products and preparing items for finishing
- Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials
- Packing finished goods ready for dispatch
- Carrying out quality checks throughout production
- Loading and unloading materials and stock
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Supporting the wider production and warehouse team as required
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or powder coating experience
- Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
- Have a good work ethic and reliable attendance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Have good attention to detail and take pride in their work
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position with consistent daytime hours.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
This will start as a temporary contract with the view to go permanent after successful probation period.
