The Role: Production Operator

As a Production Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production lines running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work as part of a supportive team to deliver high-quality products safely and on time. Experience in operating Multi-Point Gluing Machines is a requirement. 

What you’ll do:

• Operate and maintain machines within the Production area

• Identify and resolve minor faults to keep operations running efficiently

• Follow all health, safety and quality standards

• Help reduce waste and improve production efficiency

• Complete required paperwork and use computer systems accurately

• Prepare and maintain tooling or replace worn parts (after training and sign-off)

• Keep your machine and workspace clean, tidy and safe

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a manufacturing or production environment 

• Enjoys practical, hands-on work and problem-solving

• Works well in a fast-paced team environment

• Has good communication, literacy, numeracy and computer skills

• Is flexible and open to new challenges

• Is committed to working safely and responsibly

Experience in operating Multi-Point Gluing Machines is a requirement.
