About the Role
We're hiring Production Operators to join a leading, globally recognised manufacturing company based in Petersfield.
No previous experience? No problem.
We'll give you full training and support to help you succeed.
Pay & Shifts
Choose a shift that works for you:
- Day Shift (7am – 3pm): £13.02 per hour
- Late Shift (3pm – 11pm): £14.37 per hour
- Night Shift (11pm – 7am): £14.92 per hour
Full-time hours (5 days a week)
Higher pay for late and night shifts

What You'll Be Doing
You'll gain practical experience across different areas of production, including:
- Packing products
- Labelling and capping items
- Palletising goods
- General warehouse & manual handling tasks
You'll also learn how to:
- Follow clear processes and instructions
- Work to quality and safety standards (GMP)
- Be part of a team delivering high-quality products
